[Usagi lapped her up, removing any sort of mess as she pulled to the side, still shaking with her own need but happy that Rei had climaxed from her actions. The feeling as the Chroma raced through her body made her toes curl and she took a deep breath as she was lying on her bed, an idle thought about having to do laundry after this once she took care of herself.]

[She wasn't going to have to wait too long, or take care of herself. As soon as Rei managed to get her breath back, she was turning the tables, flipping Usagi over and returning the favor with...not skill...but intensity and passion. There was no way she was going to skip out on helping her friend out.

The following morning, waking up slowly, shaking her head to clear away some of the grogginess, she rolled to one side and exhaled slowly, staring right at the snoozing rabbit. Reaching out, she pulls the blonde to her breast.]

...Well that wasn't how I imagined things, but...still pleasant...

[Usagi felt so good, every limb had that wonderful heat in it that you can only get after a perfect night's sleep. The bunring was gone, the heat was gone and all that was left in its wake was...

The realization she and Rei had...

Usagi went from groggy and sleepy to embarrassed and at a loss of what to do in a heartbeat. She glanced up at Rei.]

It... [She took a deep breath. Would Mamoru think she was unfaithful even though... should she just... suffer through her heat? But Mamoru would never want her to suffer like that. She swallowed. She didn't try to fool herself in thinking "it didn't count" just because Rei was a woman and Mamoru was a man. She was not that naive. She let out a long slow breath.

No... no... she needed to... She took another deep breath. Yes, she and Rei had had sex and she loved and adored Rei, admired her and found her beautiful and incredible. Usagi knew that if she was going to do it with anyone who wasn't Mamoru, it would be one of the girls.

When she remembered that Rei had something she nodded.]

Pleasant is... yeah, definitely yeah. I'm really glad it was with you, Rei-chan. And not... not some person I just met. You... You don't think my heat will get that bad, do you?

[Rei shifts and pulls a blanket over herself, closing her eyes and considering Usagi's predicament. There wasn't really a good option, here. It wasn't as though either one of them really had a choice, though, and while she feels that should bother her more, it doesn't. The things they had done weren't right, or something that they would have done in their right mind.

But given the options?]

I don't know about your heat. Or mine. I just know I'm grateful that it was with you, too. Someone I trust. Someone who I respect.

At least we weren't taken advantage of. That's what's most important, I think.

[She reached up and pushed some of Rei's hair from her face, she smiled, hugging herself closer to Rei.]

I'm really happy it was you too, Rei-chan. I know no matter what this place throws at us, we can handle it together. I'm really happy that I got to have my experience like that with a woman I so deeply admire.

Mmhmm. I'm glad for that, too.

[She had intended to remain chaste, of course, but this wasn't to be, apparently.]

I guess...we should probably start accepting that during moon phases this will happen again. So, we can at least prepare better, next time.

[Usagi knew that they were going to eventually have to talk about what they were and weren't comfortable with, but right now she was just exhausted and the heat inside of her was finally nothing more than a simmer.]

Yeah... [She looked up and smiled.] But I don't mind that so much, Rei-chan. [She scooted up and pressed a kiss to Rei's nose.] We'll... discover all of this together.

[Rei wrinkled her nose up, but smiled all the same. Affection was going to take a lot of getting used to...]

It will work out. And we'll figure it out. It'll be good for us, probably.

[She nodded and then snuggled closer to Rei.]

We will figure it out... but later. You wore me out. [She mumbled and was just about to go back to sleep.]

Mmm. Yeah. Same...

{Rei has no objections to this plan, and begins to drift off as well.]
