[So when Usagi's post went up, a face instantly appeared in Bianca's mind as her "Valentine's". She tried to ignore it all day, not wanting to leave the denial club, but it came to a point where she was too bothered to do anything else.

So here she is now, admitting to herself she has a crush on a dear friend, and contacting the party planner to do something about it.
