☆CHARACTER
Character Name: Usagi Tsukino
Age: 17
Species: Human/Lunarian
Canon: Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (manga specific)
Canon Point: After defeating Galaxia but before her wedding
Character Info: Usagi Tsukino and Sailor Moon and The history of Sailor Moon
Personality:
Nobody likes a self-proclaimed crybaby, especially a crybaby who is a klutz, lazy, procrastinates, always late to school and other functions, spends all their time reading manga or playing video games, has a bottomless pit for a stomach to the point of eating everyone else’s food, and then whines about their own self-induced failures. Except, however, if that klutzy and lazy crybaby might be Usagi Tsukino.

Meeting Usagi Tsukino is like meeting pure sunshine. She’s bright and bubbly and endeavors to make friends with everyone she meets. She tends to succeed in her endeavors as well. She’s willing to offer them support and stand by them almost instantaneously. Even if she’s only known someone for an hour, she’ll compliment them and cheer them on, she’s sincerely find their abilities and goals amazing. Her bright attitude on life and openness makes it easy for her to befriend people. She never turns away a new friend, nor does she let the opinion of others really stand in the way of her making friends. Is someone rumored to be a snob? Is someone rumored to be creepy? Or how about violent? Usagi won’t listen and will go up to them without any hesitance, asking if they want to spend time together. People who get to know Usagi get exactly what she presents herself to be. Usagi never goes into a relationship seeking a personal gain, always honest in her intentions and feelings.

Usagi is always open about her emotions, feeling everything strongly and being vocal about that feeling. When she’s unmotivated? She would rather procrastinate and goof off. She’ll spend all night reading manga, playing video games, or just napping and then will cry when she does poorly on a test. She knows why she did poorly, but she has little desire to break her habits to do better, usually needing outside encouragement (or in some cases, threats) to do better in school. She’ll cry, she’ll whine, she’ll kick doors and stomp things but so long as no one gets hurt, she’ll allow herself the chance to be upset so she can get over it. When she’s excited? She’ll spend hours (even days) focusing on it and seeing it through. Does she have a crush? She’ll blush and stutter and become an even bigger klutz. In fact, Usagi usually encourages everyone to be vocal about their feelings, not caring about society’s expectations to keep a level-head and reserved emotions in public. Whatever Usagi is feeling, you can be sure everyone is going to know about it.

While Usagi still has a lot of crybaby moments and immature actions, she’s grown up a good deal. Yes, she still eats like a pig and naps all day if she can, but she also knows that the protection of earth is on her. The way she handles her relationships has also been a growing process. When she first fell in love with her significant other, Mamoru, she was possessive of him like a child might be. She didn’t want to share his affection or his attention, not even with her own daughter (though she didn’t know it was her daughter at the time). However, as she grew and became more mature, she was not only able to be less possessive, but she could be far more inclusive. She would understand why someone might need support and seek to help them and understand them as best she could. Usagi still has her moments of selfishness in both general terms and with Mamoru, but they’re more out of playfulness and desire for attention from her friends rather than are sincere acts. Usagi shares the same dream and goal as her lover, Mamoru, wanting to protect their home and loved ones above all else.

While Usagi is able to reach out to nearly everyone and anyone, even to an enemy if she sees how lonely they are, there are some things Usagi simply can’t forgive. She can’t stand people manipulating and controlling others or harming others for their own gain. Nothing disgusts Usagi more than distorting love and truth for personal benefit and gain. She’ll fight tooth and nail to set things right. While Usagi can understand selfishness, even having her own selfish moments, she can’t accept the extremes of selfishness that others might be willing to take. While she may detest those who would manipulate and harm others, Usagi understands the balance of it as well. She understands their loneliness and how they’re drawn to her because of that loneliness. She is the light and the darkness seeks her out because one cannot exist without the other. Usagi knows that there must be a balance and that if she can penetrate with love and light, than chaos can consume with hate and darkness. It doesn’t make her hate darkness, truly, she doesn’t actually hate anyone, but she cannot abide by them using and abusing others, either, even if it is all done in their loneliness.

Usagi seeks, as best she can, to love everyone. For she has seen just what those who are turned away or being forgotten or unloved can do to someone. Usagi will do everything within her power to hold out her hand to someone, even if it may cause harm to herself if it means she can undo the damage of not being loved has done to someone. She’s the guardian of light and love, champion of both.

☆INTERSTELLAR
Chosen Powers:
Healing Power (Moderate):
Usagi, canonly, can heal the entire universe and bring people back from the dead while restoring all life (and buildings) on a destroyed planet (while killing herself in the process). THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Her healing powers in Interstellar at a moderate power will allow her to completely heal fatal wounds of one person while able to heal moderate to minor injuries of five people before becoming tired, and if she stretches herself, she can heal up to a full ten with minor injuries before essentially passing out for a day and needing to eat an elephant-size portion of food. If she applies her healing towards inanimate objects, she'll be able to restore a single house to as if it was just built and cleaned. When applied to plant life, she can make a small garden grow into full bloom. Unlike at her full powers, however, Usagi will not be able to instantly heal mind-control in a person while at a moderate power.

Light Magic (Moderate):
In addition to Sailor Moon/Usagi's ability to heal, she will have her light magic. Using the light she has natural control over, she can make an impenetrable shield against enemy attacks in both physical and purely energy shields. In Interstellar, the shield will only be able to stop the equivalent of a head-on car collision but not the destruction of a building (or planet) as it can do canonly.

Offensively, the light can cut through enemies, this is done by shouting 'Silver Moon Crystal Power Therapy Kiss' which forms a solid beam of energy and cannot be stopped until a target is hit. This attack can miss since the energy is in a straight beam, but is deadly upon being used. In Interstellar, Usagi will only be able to use the attack with the use of her Eternal Tiare about ten times per day and UNLIKE THE ANIME, in the manga, Usagi only needs to announce the attack, it does not take a solid minute or two for her to perform it.

Chosen Equipment:
Ginzuisho/Silver Crystal:
The crystal is connected to Usagi and is how she is able to heal people as well as use it as an attack. While Usagi can wield it to its full extent, it cannot do anything on its own. It is, however, connected to her emotionally and physically. (If it is removed while she is Sailor Moon, it can, in some cases, kill her if it is destroyed). Canonly, it is considered to have unlimited power, however, in Interstellar it will only provide her with her two listed powers above.

Eternal Tiare/Staff:
The Eternal Tiare/Staff can be summoned by Eternal Sailor Moon and can only be used by her. On its own, it is nothing more than an incredibly ornate (and pink) staff. However, it's what Usagi uses to channel her light magic through. She can summon it from thin air and uses it more as a way of focusing her attacks and shield so as not to have her light magic go every-which-way.

Relevant Skills:
Usagi has incredibly relevant skills in that she's faced multiple enemies throughout her lifetime in all various forms. Not only that, she has faced friends and loved ones being manipulated, brain-washed, and attacking her in the name of the cause they've been forced to side. Usagi is a soldier, for all her bubbly nature and friendliness, Usagi is able to fight and even kill if necessary. Usagi is actually quite diplomatic and constantly seeks for a compromise before any fighting is done, if a compromise is possible. As a bubbly person, she makes friends easily and people tend to support her, allowing her to build up a support base/army that is quite loyal to her. Due to her clumsy nature and overall friendliness, people tend to completely underestimate her, allowing her to overwhelm them in battle.

Character Goals:
Usagi's goal is to save one of her best friend's Rei as well as everyone else who has been kidnapped. She wants to make sure everyone is returned to where they belong and how they actually should be. She also wants to bring the kidnappers to justice. She doesn't wish to kill them, but she does want them to swear never to do it again. If she can't be certain they won't try this again, Usagi will take whatever actions necessary. She has no ulterior motive, and honestly she won't ask for any thanks or favor from her actions. She honestly just wants to see everyone returned to their loved ones and themselves once more.
